 The Apple River in northwest Wisconsin is an 80-mile tributary of the St. Croix River. Originally named "River Abundant with Swan Potatoes" by the Ojibwe, it was mistranslated by French traders to pomme (apple). Today, it is a bustling recreational hub known for tubing and resorts, attracting around 500,000 visitors annually.

The guest house is a renovated French style vertical log cabin.  It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, two kitchens, and a spiral staircase to the loft.  The house has ample visitor parking and can be used as a clubhouse center of activity. 

Take in the breathtaking scenery of Apple River Nudist Park while hiking its many trails. From easy strolls to challenging treks, there's something for everyone.  

Observe the unique flora and fauna of Apple River Nudist Park National Park. Our park is home to a variety of animals, including beavers, otters, and bald eagles.

The terms naturalist and nudist are sometimes used interchangeable to describe a clothing optional environment.  Describing the park as nudist, the term is clearly understood and unlikely to enter into by mistake.
